Affinity Matchmaking does not independently verify all user information, including identity, background history, financial status, criminal history, or relationship intentions. Users accept full responsibility for their own interactions and personal decisions.

5. Personal Responsibility & Safety

We recommend that users:

No Guarantee Clause

Affinity Matchmaking makes no guarantees regarding the number of introductions, compatibility between participants, or the outcome of any relationship. Matchmaking is a subjective and human process, and results may vary for each participant.

Confidentiality

Participants agree not to publicly disclose the identity, profession, personal details, or participation of any other member of Affinity Matchmaking without their consent.

Non-Disparagement

Clients agree not to publicly post false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Affinity Matchmaking, its clients, or services. If a concern arises, clients agree to contact Affinity Matchmaking directly to resolve the matter in good faith.

1. No Solicitation / No Harassment Policy

By using this service, you agree that you will not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or pressure other participants
• Send repeated unwanted communication after a participant has declined contact
• Use the service to solicit money, investments, or business opportunities
• Use the service for escorting, adult services, or other inappropriate purposes
• Attempt to manipulate, deceive, or emotionally exploit other participants

Affinity Matchmaking reserves the right to immediately terminate participation for any inappropriate behavior. Termination for misconduct may occur without refund.

2. Photo & Testimonial Release

By submitting testimonials, feedback, or images to Affinity Matchmaking, you grant permission to use this content for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, including website content, social media posts, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.

Affinity Matchmaking agrees that personal identifying details will not be shared without consent, sensitive information will remain confidential, and testimonials may be edited for clarity or length. Participants may request that their name or identity remain anonymous.

3. Event Participation & Mixer Liability Waiver

By attending any event hosted by Affinity Matchmaking, participants agree that attendance is voluntary and they assume full responsibility for their conduct and personal safety. Affinity Matchmaking is not responsible for interactions between participants, personal disputes, injuries, accidents, loss or theft of personal belongings.

Affinity Matchmaking reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe. Removal from an event due to misconduct may occur without refund.

4. Relationship Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching services provided by Affinity Matchmaking are not intended to replace licensed therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Coaching is for educational and personal development purposes; results will vary based on individual effort and circumstances. If a participant requires professional mental health support, they should seek assistance from a licensed therapist or counselor.

Personal Responsibility Clause

Participants acknowledge that romantic compatibility and personal relationships involve many subjective factors beyond the control of Affinity Matchmaking. Participants accept full responsibility for their decisions, interactions, and relationships resulting from introductions made through our service.

1. Nature of Services

Affinity Matchmaking provides personalized matchmaking, curated introductions, and relationship coaching. Services may include personal consultations, profile creation, curated introductions, dating and relationship coaching, invitations to private events, and ongoing guidance. The Client understands that matchmaking is a subjective and human process, and compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

2. No Guarantee of Relationship Outcome

Affinity Matchmaking makes no guarantees regarding the number of introductions provided, compatibility between participants, relationship success or longevity, or marriage or long-term partnership. The purpose of the service is to facilitate introductions and provide guidance, not to guarantee outcomes.

3. Client Eligibility

To participate, the Client confirms that they:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Are legally single (never married, divorced, widowed, or legally separated)
• Are emotionally available for dating
• Are participating with genuine relationship intentions
• Have provided truthful and accurate information during intake

Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of services without refund.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared during consultations, identities of other participants, and private communications within the matchmaking process. Affinity Matchmaking will not share Client information outside of the matchmaking process without consent.

5. Conduct Expectations

Clients agree to conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and maturity. Clients agree not to harass or pressure other participants, engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior, solicit money or business opportunities, or misrepresent their identity or relationship intentions. Affinity Matchmaking reserves the right to terminate services immediately for inappropriate behavior, without refund.

6. Personal Responsibility & Safety

Affinity Matchmaking facilitates introductions but does not supervise interactions between participants. Clients acknowledge that meetings occur voluntarily, they are responsible for their own decisions and safety, and Affinity Matchmaking is not responsible for the conduct of other participants.

7. Fees & Payment Terms

Participation requires payment according to the membership or program selected. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable and services are non-transferable. Failure to complete payment plans may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, coaching content, branding, and resources provided by Affinity Matchmaking remain the intellectual property of the Company. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share proprietary materials without written permission.

9. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching services provided by Affinity Matchmaking are not a substitute for licensed therapy, psychological counseling, or medical advice. Coaching results vary depending on individual circumstances and personal effort.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Affinity Matchmaking shall not be liable for any damages arising from interactions between participants, emotional distress, relationship outcomes, personal disputes, or financial or personal losses resulting from dating relationships. Clients accept full responsibility for their participation.

11. Termination of Services

Affinity Matchmaking reserves the right to terminate services if the Client violates this Agreement, behaves inappropriately, provides false information, or fails to meet payment obligations. Termination may occur at the Company's discretion.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved within the appropriate courts of Montana.

13. Acceptance of Agreement

By purchasing services, submitting a profile, or signing electronically, the Client confirms that they have read and understood this Agreement, agree to abide by these terms, and understand that matchmaking services cannot guarantee relationship outcomes.

By submitting this form, creating a profile, or scheduling a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You are at least 25 years of age and are legally single, divorced, widowed, or otherwise legally able to enter into a relationship
• You understand that Affinity Matchmaking provides curated introductions but does not guarantee compatibility, relationship success, or long-term partnership outcomes
• Participation in introductions and dating opportunities is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion
• You agree to interact with all participants in a respectful, honest, and appropriate manner
• You acknowledge that Affinity Matchmaking is not responsible for the actions, behavior, or intentions of individuals introduced through the service
• You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the identities and personal information of other participants
